Our Objectives
The following is a list of our objectives:
- Developing and maintaining the highest level of sanitation services to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Meeting and exceeding all CFIA rules and regulations.
- CCCSI's personnel will work side by side with your Quality Control Department and CFIA during the pre-operative inspection to ensure all microbiological standards are achieved.
- CCCSI will provide written SSOP's specifically developed for your facility.
- CCCSI will assist in the development of HACCP.
- CCCSI will only use CFIA approved products.
- CCCSI will fully utilize the technical services provided by our designated chemical vendor. A representative the designated vendor will assist in all plant sanitation functions.
- CCCSI will provide a pro-active safety program for its employees
to ensure all safety rules and regulations are fully met. This also includes:
- conducting weekly safety meetings
- monthly training review
- quarterly training and testing
- yearly training review
- CCCSI will only employ highly skilled sanitation management
personnel to oversee nightly duties. This will include:
- training new employees
- nightly logs and documentation
- supervision of employees
- communication
